To help us to maintain the high standards of care and provision that we pride ourselves on here at Ashlea Pools, we like to get to know our guests, to better understand what they value as part of an enjoyable break away. As a result of our curiosity, we often get asked a lot of questions back! Here are a few of the frequently asked ones for your information:

  1. Do you provide a Welcome Pack?
    To welcome you to Ashlea Pools it is our pleasure to provide each of our lodges with a complimentary Welcome Pack on arrival. Containing a few basic essentials: bread, milk, butter etc., to enable you to recover from your journey, we encourage you to take a browse in our onsite shop, that is stocked with a delectable selection of local produce and an array of everyday essentials.
  1. What time is check-in?
    Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival. This gives us all the time we need to ensure that your lodge is spotless, comfortable and ready for you and your party. Check-out is at 10am on the day of departure. If you require an earlier check in or later check out, this can be accommodated at an additional cost. Please mention this on booking.
  1. Do you provide towels?
    We provide each guest with a bale of beautifully soft towels to use during their stay at Ashlea Pools. Should you be looking to take advantage of all that Shropshire has to offer, we recommend that you bring extra towels for any trips off-site, as well as additional towels for use with the hot tub.
  1. Do the lodges have BBQs?
    BBQs are available to rent for the duration of your stay, however these are not to be used on the decking of your lodge for safety reasons.
  1. What is the kitchen equipped with?
    Every Lodge kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven / hob facilities. Apart from the Mandarin and Mandarin Plus Lodges, all kitchens also feature a dishwasher. Should you require them, washing machines are based in the onsite launderette. We also provide you with a complete set of cooking equipment for you to use during your stay.
  1. Can I bring my pet/s?
    At Ashlea Pools we understand that pets are a part of the family and often people want to enjoy their holidays with their four-legged friends. We do allow pets in certain Lodges: Kingfisher Plus, numbers 8, 15 and 15; Kingfisher VIP number 11; Kestrel VIP number 14, for an additional cost. Up to two pets are allowed to stay in these Lodges. If you are planning on bringing your pet on holiday with you, we recommend giving us a call before you place your booking, so that we can provide you with our ‘Pet Policy’ information.
